also, this may be too obvious to be worth pointing out, but isn't regulating the contents of the community's views kind of, umm well, anti-libertarian?

Wachy as it is, Paulville would not be anti-liberterian because liberterians have no problem with consensual agreements to restrict one's behavior. Indeed, they tend to argue that government regulation crowds out private institutions that would bring order to social interaction.

Oh goody! We're well on the way to a unified field theory linking all of Professor Kerr's otherwise inexplicable posts on fringe sociological phenomena. FLDS and Paulville all rolled into one!

I don't mind a gated community for Ron Paul supporters. In a way I feel better knowing precisely where the Rondroids are congregating. My own concern is that once gated, they'll let them out again.
